Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiting Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR and recruitment team. You’ll assist with job postings, candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records. Key Responsibilities:
• Post job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with background checks and onboarding processes
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed
• Proficiency in using digital tools and a reliable laptop with a stable internet connection mandatory
Qualification:
• Should completed MBA, specialised in HR
