Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Global HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Technology team, including task prioritization and project allocation
  • Design and recommend technology solutions that integrate various HR and financial systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive HR projects and improve data quality and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of experience in Workday Integrations and managing technical teams
  • 10+ years of experience supporting an HCM with 8+ years in designing and configuring Workday HCM applications
  • Strong functional and technical experience in multiple Workday HCM modules
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data manipulation using EIBs
