Collaborate with peer leaders in product and technology development efforts
Manage human factors activities defined in program goals, including user interface and user experience studies
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in human factors engineering or user-based testing
Established expertise in risk management and user needs research
Strong experience with medical device standards such as IEC 62366-1 and ISO 13485
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
