Human Factors Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Factors Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide completion of major programs, including Human Factors Validation for new product development
• Collaborate with peer leaders in product and technology development efforts
• Manage human factors activities defined in program goals, including user interface and user experience studies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in human factors engineering or user-based testing
• Established expertise in risk management and user needs research
• Strong experience with medical device standards such as IEC 62366-1 and ISO 13485
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
