Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support daily HR functions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR Standards of Practice and compliance initiatives
  • Manage onboarding processes, employee benefits administration, and HR programs to promote workplace efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while addressing employee performance issues and inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • One to two years of experience as an HR Generalist preferred; five or more years in human resources required
  • SHRM-CP or related certification preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and general HR policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
