Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Gynecology
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Gynecologist specializing in women's health
• Active state license in Illinois and licenses in at least two or more states
• Experience with telemedicine is a plus
