Imagine Software Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Imagine Software System Administrator to support and optimize the Imagine billing platform in revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain ERS rules across payers and databases to prevent billing errors
• Ensure accurate mapping of payer IDs between Imagine, RIS/EMR, and EDI
• Generate SQL/Imagine reports for auditing and issue identification

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RCM systems administration with at least 2+ years in Imagine application
• Imagine certification is required
• In-depth knowledge of Imagine Billing Software and HL7 interfaces
• Strong SQL/reporting skills for rule analysis and audits
• Experience with healthcare billing workflows, preferably in radiology/imaging
