Job Summary

A company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to handle day-to-day immigration requests and provide support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare verification of employment letters and review work authorization documents
• Partner with outside counsel to prepare, file, and track non-immigrant visas and labor certification cases
• Serve as a point of contact for immigration-related questions and maintain public access files

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience with immigration matters
• Experience in the IT industry preferred
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs quickly
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
