A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee customer onboarding and ensure successful product integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from project kick-off to successful graduation
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while maintaining ongoing communication with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction with account configurations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training is strongly preferred
• Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn technical products and translate knowledge into effective training methods
