Implementation Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Services Associate to support customer onboarding and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned customer accounts
• Work directly with customers to configure Risk Cloud applications to meet their objectives
• Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of implementations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GRC Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or SaaS Implementation
• Intermediate technical knowledge of Excel or similar products
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Highly motivated and passionate about technology and customer success
• Desire to learn and understand customer problems to effectively communicate solutions
