Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers purchasing full solution bundles
• Gather necessary information through intake forms and coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines
• Manage multiple customer projects and serve as a liaison throughout the setup process

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or equivalent experience required
• Interest in working directly with customers
• Basic knowledge of website trends and best practices
• Familiarity with Domain/DNS and basic HTML
• Basic project management skills
