Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to assist plan sponsors with the implementation phase of their plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan
  • Request and coordinate the collection of necessary data from clients and outside professionals
  • Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers during the implementation phase
Required Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of retirement plan implementation/onboarding experience
  • Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results-only environment
  • High level of critical thinking
  • Coachable and committed to professional development; industry credentials are an added bonus
