The role of an Inbound Chat Operator is to engage with individuals online and provide information and assistance regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and dealership inquiries. – Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
– Ability to type at least 35 WPM (preferred 40 WPM)
– Proficiency in basic internet and computer skills, including windows-based systems
– Strong multitasking abilities, gaming experience is helpful
