Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and meet performance targets for bonuses

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least six months of experience in customer service
• Must pass a criminal background check
• High-speed internet access and ability to type at least 30 WPM
