Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Professional to manage sales and customer support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound sales campaigns, including cold calls, while meeting production goals
• Utilize ERP and CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and ensure data accuracy
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance reviews and client engagements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Technical Field, or Business preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B/B2B2C environment; experience in the building products industry is a plus
• Proficient in CRM platforms such as Aircall, HubSpot, and Salesforce
• Strong computer navigation skills to manage multiple applications efficiently
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet client needs
