We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Roofing Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the operational efficiency of our facility. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are handled efficiently.
Duties
• Perform inventory control tasks to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in the fabrication of products as needed, following established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Package products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and meet quality standards.
• Handle materials with care during loading and unloading processes to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
• Previous experience in materials handling or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and stock management practices is a plus.
• Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
