Instructor Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor Analyst to design, develop, and deliver training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess learner needs and ensure training aligns with organizational goals
• Facilitate on-site and remote training sessions, ensuring content is engaging and accurate
• Create and update training materials and eLearning modules to reflect best practices and operational changes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare administration or customer service, and/or 1 year in training or education
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with MS Office Suite
• Experience in Public Healthcare and Provider Enrollment preferred
• Previous experience in training, education, or instructional design is advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
