Insurance Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment is partnering with an insurance company in East Phoenix who is in search of a full time customer service rep to join their team. This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday.

You will be responsible for managing shared email inboxes, answering customer phone calls, preparing and processing documents, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage a shared email inbox, responding to inquiries, forwarding relevant information, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Answer inbound phone calls, addressing client needs, providing policy information, and offering excellent customer service.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing insurance documents for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support.
• Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including document filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
