Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel specializing in International Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and amend a wide range of operational contracts in collaboration with various teams
• Participate in debt recovery procedures for international debtors and assess claims
• Provide legal support to ensure compliance for international legal entities and assist in internal projects

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Experience in corporate and regulatory matters across different jurisdictions
• Understanding of international law principles, especially related to the EU legal system
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience collaborating with external legal advisors
