Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Program Manager II to provide leadership and guidance on large programs and projects to improve project performance and delivery consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, controls, and manages the delivery of multiple large, complex enterprise IT programs
• Coordinates program management reviews and maintains metrics for project quality and performance
• Communicates regularly with functional and IT leaders to ensure enterprise alignment and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 - 6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience with project management and risk management
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Experience in developing, monitoring, and managing project budgets and schedules
• Intermediate analytical and project management skills
