Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users
• Document customer business requirements through formal Business Analysis processes
• Generate and analyze data/reports to provide solutions to systems issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 8 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and prior experience supporting internal customers
• Familiarity with advanced IT concepts, service-oriented architecture, and web services
