Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Representative to provide technical support and customer service for various devices and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for a wide range of devices and software, including desktops, laptops, and medical devices
  • Safeguard organizational security by following established procedures and protocols
  • Conduct troubleshooting, research, and escalation of technical issues while supporting Service Desk Associates and new hires
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support roles
  • At least one year of customer service experience required
  • Certification in IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL/HDI, etc.) is required
