Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist to support technology use, including CRM management and hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal expert for the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and workflow improvement
• Manage website and digital content updates, coordinating with staff and troubleshooting issues
• Set up and support hardware and technology, including troubleshooting and inventory management

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Cobalt
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar)
• Associate's Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
