Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide IT support to end users utilizing their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels
• Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, and service interruptions
• Document processes and create "how-to" guides to improve training and knowledge gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, particularly in PACS systems
• Prior experience in Healthcare IT is preferred
• Knowledge of radiology workflows and effective on-call support
• Experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems like PowerScribe
