A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve incidents and requests, logging and updating all related information
• Create and document knowledge base articles and self-help resources for end users
• Safeguard personal identifying information (PII) and protect agency networks and applications

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with child support related system projects
• Extensive experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS), MS Office, and SharePoint
• Ability to identify and translate business process training for various audiences
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong analytical skills
