IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to hardware, software, SaaS applications, and user access
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary
  • Perform basic user account management tasks in Okta and Microsoft 365, including account creation and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
  • Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting for laptops and peripherals
  • Basic knowledge of Okta user administration and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications
  • General knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
