ITS Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITS Engineer to provide expert-level technical support and manage IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve high-complexity technical issues and projects
• Develop and implement strategies for system improvements and upgrades
• Lead and coordinate large-scale IT initiatives and cross-functional projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or 5+ years of IT experience
• 1 or more industry certifications (CCNA, MS AZ-104) or equivalent certification/experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
