Lead Azure Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Azure Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement new functionality while supporting existing systems on the Microsoft technology stack
• Recreate application logic in the Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, and SQL environments
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with data standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in an Azure Data Engineer role
• In-depth understanding of data management, including permissions and security
• Strong Transact-SQL skills and experience with SQL Database and SQL Data Warehouse
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Data Factory products
