Lead Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Backend) to provide technical guidance and improve development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy enterprise-grade server-based solutions using cloud-based technologies
• Follow Agile methodologies to release iterative feature sets and improve existing infrastructure
• Research and introduce new solutions and technologies, providing technical guidance to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and building real-time server-side software solutions using Python
• 5+ years of knowledge in backend software engineering methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Git
• Experience with digital marketing products and cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of database fundamentals, including SQL and data models
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
