Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to the Architecture Review process
• Manage Solution Architecture Salesforce cases and ensure timely completion of reviews
• Develop action plans for decisions and manage documentation in the Architecture Review Repository

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a highly related field; advanced degree preferred
• General knowledge of relevant products and their interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SFDC CPQ and sales-related systems preferred
• Able to work extended hours during month and quarter-end cycles
