Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads through various communication methods
• Assess prospect needs and align them with customer solutions while identifying decision-makers
• Document all lead interactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads until closure

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• B2B sales or lead development experience preferred but not required
• Experience with O365 applications and familiarity with CRMs is a plus
• Ability to assess prospect needs and identify decision-makers
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet and a late-model computer
