Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Full-Stack) and Ministry Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for architecture and technology stack
• Develop, test, release, and maintain applications and features while managing cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Engage in personal support fundraising and communicate regularly with ministry partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building consumer-facing web and/or mobile applications
• B.S. degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience in producing quality code following software best practices in a shared codebase
• Hands-on experience with front-end interfaces and scalable backends using various programming languages and databases
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing DevOps workflows
