Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead design efforts across its Metrics domain and Design System.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design vision and execution for the Metrics domain, including internal data ops tools
• Design user interfaces that effectively present complex data and AI-enriched insights
• Manage and mentor designers, ensuring quality and alignment across squads

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Experience in maintaining and evolving a design system
• Strong data literacy and understanding of data-centric user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and workflows
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred)
