Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to define and elevate the UX vision and strategy across multiple product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the overarching UX vision and strategy for product-led growth
• Build and nurture executive-level partnerships to influence product roadmaps and company strategy
• Instill a culture of user empathy and establish design principles across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience (9+ years in UX/Product Design, with 2+ years in a lead capacity)
• Exemplary portfolio showcasing a track record of impactful design strategies
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools and expert knowledge of research methodologies
• Proven ability to define and drive strategic user research initiatives
• Visionary understanding of user-centered design principles and ethical design practices
