Lead Reinsurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Reinsurance Treaty Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reinsurance accounting activities, including transaction recording and ledger maintenance
• Interpret and operationalize complex reinsurance contracts in line with accounting standards
• Prepare for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in reinsurance accounting within the insurance industry
• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance, claims, or accounting
• Established technical knowledge of reinsurance arrangements and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with reinsurance tools is advantageous
