Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to modernize healthcare payment and consumer-directed spend products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java-based solutions and cloud-native architectures
• Drive modernization initiatives for legacy systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and deliverables
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous learning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, emphasizing Java and related frameworks
• 4+ years of experience in designing and managing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and automated testing frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD processes
