Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements, conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and identify capability gaps
• Provide software development, maintenance, documentation, and ensure compliance with DOD security standards
• Design and implement cloud solutions aligned with DOD requirements, ensuring security and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Active DOD Secret Clearance is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
• IAT III certification (e.g., CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP) required
• Minimum 15 years' experience leading and directing technical and operational projects
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software management or software development experience
