Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (MLOps & ML Infrastructure - AdTech).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of a modern MLOps platform for model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with teams to translate ML workflows into scalable, production-grade systems
• Establish best practices for ML governance, observability, and compliance while mentoring a team of engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in ML infrastructure or MLOps
• Proven experience in architecting and building ML platforms, preferably in a cloud-native environment
• Deep understanding of AdTech systems and related analytics
• Strong experience with GCP services and modern data engineering tools
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and infrastructure-as-code tools
