Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Tech Writer - Regulatory & Audit (Banking) to oversee documentation efforts related to regulatory exams and issue management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own drafting of closure packages, policy documents, issue management responses, and exam artifacts
  • Frame narratives that articulate the issue, corrective action, and outcome while ensuring clarity and alignment with regulatory expectations
  • Collaborate with SMEs, executives, and cross-functional risk teams to anticipate documentation needs
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of technical writing experience in a regulated banking, audit, or financial industry
  • Direct experience with MRAs, consent orders, issue management, or regulatory closure packages
  • Ability to translate complex controls and risk language into regulatory-ready narratives
  • Experience with policy and procedure writing
  • Strong understanding of audit and exam management expectations
