Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients and third-party providers to develop and maintain learning programs and systems
  • Manage training and development issues, ensuring resolution and compliance
  • Analyze performance data and present findings to clients, identifying actionable plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Training and Development or learning systems management
  • 1-3 years of program management or leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human development, organizational management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing adult learning programs using various instructional design models
  • Strong LMS administration experience, with proficiency in Corner Stone OnDemand preferred
