Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer - Global Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with business stakeholders to understand and address their development needs
• Design and develop instructional materials and training programs across various modalities
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain learning assets aligned with organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Learning/Organizational Development within large organizations
• 5 years of experience designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities
• Deep knowledge of instructional design strategies and learning assessment
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-output environment
• Experience in leadership development and coaching is desirable
