A company is looking for a Legal Operations/Contract Specialist to join their in-house Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafts and reviews contracts while providing guidance on contract standards
• Identifies, analyzes, researches, and resolves legal and business process issues
• Conducts contract negotiations and monitors compliance with internal processes and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in private or in-house contracting, preferably in sales contracts
