Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate assigned claims involving liability disputes
• Determine coverage and liability, and settle property damage claims in a timely manner
• Maintain high availability for insureds and colleagues while managing workload effectively

Required Qualifications

• Prior claims experience in a similar role
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to become licensed and bonded in all states
• Knowledgeable in insurance products and regulations
• Reliable, accountable, and trustworthy with a commitment to quality
