Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed health and life professional for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to educate them on life and health options
• Handle inbound calls from existing customers addressing service needs and selling applicable products
• Manage billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims for customers

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
• Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
• Previous health and life sales experience
• Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
• Good employment tenure and ability to navigate technical issues independently
