Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy for community members, integrating marketing and transactional communications
• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Braze, ensuring high-quality execution and collaboration with content and design teams
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in multi-channel lifecycle marketing, focusing on email and push notifications
• Expertise in Braze, including dynamic content and personalization using Liquid tags
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments
• Some SQL skills for segmentation and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
