Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement email, SMS, in-app, and other marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Manage end-to-end email/SMS development, ensuring excellence in coding, QA, audience segmentation, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements and produce engaging, personalized campaigns


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in email development, ESP/CRM management, and/or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation/ESP & CRM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and SQL or other database technologies
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
