Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO
• Conduct proactive portfolio management and oversee commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure activities
• Negotiate settlement agreements and maintain delinquency and loss mitigation reporting

Required Qualifications

• Law degree, Finance degree, or Business Administration degree
• Experience with real estate preferred
• Experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or loss mitigation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
