The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via live chat, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues. Primary Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, providing accurate information regarding products and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in live chat support, is highly desirable.
