Duties

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in computer systems and office software applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately is an advantage.
