Job Overview: RMS IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and personable individual to join our team as a Live Tech Chat Support. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide immediate technical assistance and support to our clients through live chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to clients through live chat

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively

Communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately

Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our products and services

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field

Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Experience with live chat software and ticketing systems is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) is a plus
