Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Close loans in compliance with company and SBA policies
• Review loan documentation and coordinate pre-closing requirements with borrowers and attorneys
• Track loan expenses and update relevant data systems throughout the closing process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Understanding of Title Reports, Searches, Insurance, Mortgage, UCC, and lease documentation
• Experience with SBA Loan Closing preferred
• Proficiency in file management and various software applications
• Ability to manage a large volume loan queue and meet tight deadlines
